Internal Family Systems

Learn how to apply the Internal Family Systems lens to your role as a change agent

The Internal Family Systems lens is a powerful tool for psychologically informed leadership

If the system we are adapting to is unintentionally destroying the basis of life, we need to attune to the parts in us that have internalised this system.

Many professionals who are dedicated to creating a regenerative culture also measure themselves against the internalised neo-liberal imperatives that ask for constant growth and success, self-reliance, eternal self optimisation, compulsory hope, being in control and having the answers.

The IFS (Internal Family Systems) model provides a powerful tool that helps us to see that we are made up of a multiplicity of parts and that some parts may be in conflict with the change we want to bring in the world. Depending on which inner part is in charge, our actions and decisions will be dramatically different, creating dramatically different outcomes in the world.

This online seminar is an introduction to the IFS model and the powerful tools that allow a more integrated form of leadership. This deep work often engenders profound shifts.

The group size is limited to a maximum of 12 people. The training consists of 6 sessions (1.5 hours) and covers the following ground:

  1. Introduction to the IFS lens

Testimonials:

Working with Steffi has been a special and quite unique experience. I am surprised and excited by the profound inner shifts. I feel re- empowered and have a renewed sense of honesty with myself and others. This has positively impacted on my relationships and leadership style.   - Ruth Bradley - NHS

“Working with Steffi made it impossible to remain unchanged. The process was applicable to me as a whole person and not just as a leader or only to my professional life. This has been the beginning of a transformation that continues to evolve and was the key to the door that I knew I needed to open. I can highly recommend this course to anyone who is curious to understand themselves and the systems they live and work within. It is deep and challenging work.” Megan Johnson - Events management -
